MorningCurrent publishes editorial content. We do not sell, ship, or process orders for any product. This page explains how refunds work for purchases made through our outbound links, and who to contact.

Short version: Gelatine Sculpt is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee from the manufacturer. All refund requests go directly to the manufacturer's customer support. MorningCurrent cannot process, approve, or decline a refund because we never receive your payment in the first place.

1. Who handles the refund

Payment, shipping, customer data, and refunds are all handled by them. MorningCurrent earns an affiliate commission on qualifying purchases, but we never see your card, your order details, or your shipping address.

2. The 60-day guarantee

Gelatine Sculpt is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If within 60 days of your order you decide the product is not for you, you can request a full refund of the product price. The guarantee applies to full bottles and empty bottles alike. Shipping fees, where charged, are not typically refundable unless the order was shipped in error.

3. How to request a refund

  1. Find the order confirmation email you received from the manufacturer at the time of purchase. Keep the order number handy.

  3. State that you are requesting a refund under the 60-day money-back guarantee and include your order number.
  4. Follow any return instructions they provide. In most cases, products are returned to a fulfilment centre in the United States.
  5. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank and the payment processor — usually 5 to 10 business days after the return is received.

4. What we can do

If you are unable to reach the manufacturer or your request is not being acknowledged, email us at [email protected] with your order number and the date you first tried to contact support. We will pass the issue along and ask them to follow up with you directly. We cannot issue the refund ourselves, but we have a working relationship with the support team and can help push the ticket forward.

5. What we cannot do

Purchases made from resellers on marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, or any unauthorised site are not covered by the manufacturer's guarantee.

6. Affiliate commissions

For transparency: when a customer requests a refund under the guarantee, MorningCurrent's commission on that order is also clawed back by the manufacturer. We mention this so you know we do not have a financial incentive to discourage anyone from using the guarantee. If the product is not for you, use it.
